Immediate odor control
Source level digestion
Industrial strength
Carpet & fabric ready
Environmentally conscious
Not a Mask. Eliminates odors on their molecular level.
REMEDI AIR+ combines multiple
high-performance odor-counteractant systems with specialized non-pathogenic, friendly bacteria and enzymes.
During drying, Remedi Air+ transforms & encapsulates malodor molecules, while biological action helps digest the underlying organic odor source.
- Urine crystals and petrol related odors
- Vomit, food, and organic soils
- Carpet, upholstery, dry and hard surfaces
Complex Molecular & Bioenzymatic Odor Elimination
Transforming odor molecules while biological action digests the source.
Molecular odor control
Remedi Air + help transform malodor molecules during drying for immediate odor-control support.
Biological source digestion
Specialized bacteria and enzyme to help digest organic residue that contribute to recurring odors.
Carpet, fabric, emperors, & hard surfaces
Suitable for compatible carpet, upholstery, draperies and hard surfaces; test for color stability first.
Cleaner indoor environments
Non-toxic, biodegradable, and designed to support lower indoor odor pollution when used as directed.
Directions for use
Targeted odor-elimination guidancefor fabrics and surfaces.
Preparation
- Shake well before use .
- When using on fabric, always test
a small, inconspicuous area for
color stability before application.
Dilution
- Severe odor restoration: dilute 1 part Air+ with 1 part water.
- Moderate odor conditions: dilute 1 part Air + with 4 parts water.
- Mild odor conditions: dilute 1 part Air + with 8 parts water.
Application
- Saturate the affected area thoroughly: longer damp time, supports, and biological digestion of odor sources.
- For carpet, spray directly onto or inject beneath the surface.
- For upholstery, spread directly onto the affected area.
- Allow treated areas to dry naturally.

FAQs

What is Remedi AIR+?
Remedi AIR+ is a bioenzymatic odor-elimination treatment for persistent organic odors on compatible surfaces. It
combines molecular odor control, encapsulation, and biological digestion to help address both detectable odor and the
residue that can create it.
Will Remedi AIR+ work on pet urine odors?
It is designed to treat organic odor sources, including pet urine and urine crystals. For the best chance of success, blot
fresh urine, apply enough solution to reach the affected material, and treat carpet backing or padding when contamination
has penetrated below the surface.
Does it only cover odors with fragrance?
No. Remedi AIR+ is designed to provide molecular odor control and source-level biological treatment rather than simply
relying on fragrance. Fragrance-free odor control can also make it easier to judge whether the underlying malodor has
been reduced.
What odors can Remedi AIR+ treat?
Remedi AIR+ is designed for persistent organic odors, including:
- Pet and animal odors
- Urine, vomit, and food residue
- Garbage and waste odors
- Smoke-affected environments
- Sewage and wastewater odors
- Grease and organic contamination
How does Remedi Air eliminate odors?
Remedi Air uses a biological treatment system designed to bind with odor-causing material and support the breakdown of organic residue. This helps address the source of many malodors instead of temporarily masking them with perfume.
Can I use it on carpet, upholstery, and fabric?
Yes, on compatible carpet, carpet padding, upholstery, draperies, fabrics, and hard surfaces. Always test a small hidden
area for color stability, allow it to dry, and do not use on materials that show discoloration or damage.
How do I apply Remedi AIR+?
- Shake well before use.
- Remove as much visible source material as possible.
- Test a hidden area for color stability.
- Apply enough solution to thoroughly wet the affected area.
- For deep carpet odors, treat the backing and padding when needed.
- Allow the treated area to dry naturally.
Adequate contact time is important: a longer damp period gives the bioenzymatic system more time to act on organic residue.
What dilution should I use?
Use the dilution that matches the odor severity:
Odor severity
- Severe or restoration-level odors: Mix 1 part Remedi AIR+ to 1 part water.
- Moderate odors: Mix 1 part Remedi AIR+ to 4 parts water.
- Mild odors: Mix 1 part Remedi AIR+ to 8 parts water.
For difficult odors, use the stronger dilution and ensure the product reaches the complete affected area.
Will it leave a sticky residue?
When used as directed, Remedi AIR+ is formulated to avoid a sticky, soil-attracting residue. On heavily treated carpet or
fabric, fibers may feel slightly stiff after drying; gentle vacuuming, raking, or brushing can restore softness.
What if the odor returns?
A returning odor often means that new contamination occurred, hidden source material remains, or treatment did not
reach the full affected area.
- Inspect carpet backing, padding, subfloors, drains, upholstery filling, and other porous materials.
- Remove or clean remaining source material where possible.
- Reapply thoroughly to all affected areas.
- Seek a deeper inspection for severe or recurring contamination.
Is Remedi AIR+ suitable for greywater or septic systems?
Remedi AIR+ is formulated as greywater-safe, septic-safe, biodegradable, VOC-compliant, and compatible with direct-release applications when used as directed. Follow the label and applicable local wastewater, disposal, and facility requirements.
